Our Story
Over more than three decades, we’ve had the opportunity to work with remarkable people and organizations across the West Coast, Midwest, and East Coast, leading teams, programs and infrastructure initiatives through periods of significant change and growth. Our experience includes more than 20 years of leading utility capital programs and directing more than $10 billion of critical infrastructure projects, including leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies and family owned construction & manufacturing companies. We have learned that a career’s most valuable lessons rarely come from success alone. Instead, they are forged through the people we collaborate with, the obstacles we navigate, and the mistakes we grow from. Those experiences have shaped how we approach leadership, innovation, operational excellence, and helping organizations achieve better outcomes.
We created 3Potentia Group with a simple purpose: to give back and pay it forward by sharing the experiences, knowledge and lessons we’ve gained throughout our careers. We believe leadership is ultimately about helping others succeed—creating opportunities, developing people, solving difficult problems, and leaving organizations stronger than we found them. Whether through executive advising, operational improvement, leadership coaching, or strategic consulting, our goal is not simply to provide answers, but to share what we’ve learned, help others find their own path forward, and multiply the impact of experience. Experience shared becomes experience multiplied.
